26 January 2010 - HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!

Happy Australia Day to everyone in Crocodile Dundee land and trust that you all have had a good one like every year.

Since the last blog post, everyone at My world In Pictures have been busy busy with getting the press release out and which was also added to the Community - In The Press section with its associated images. Other additions or changes include some picture revisions for people's e-postcards in the Friends section as well as the latest FB group email dated 23 January 2010 which announced the press release.

The first thing to say on this, the first blog entry in 2010 is HAPPY NEW YEAR! I trust that you and yours had a very nice Christmas and lived it up as with New Year.

In the time since the earlier blog message below, some things have moved forward including the press release which is in the works at the moment. Other things that have happened relating to the website include the addition of all Facebook group emails which appear on their very own subpages in the Community section thus offering my poetry, humour and observations to a much wider audience to enjoy! Also Michael Barnard who is an Artist At Large in Sydney, Australia joined as our latest member.

Since the previous entry below, things have been moving forward quite well. The recent progress that has been made was the addition of two new Friends, one a make-up artist in Instanbul - Turkey with the other being Falcon Productions, a film company in London - UK.

There is currently a press release which is being prepared and will be published as soon as possible over the Christmas and New Year period. Once this has been published you will be able to read it on the Community section on the In The Press page. Below is the accompanying promotional image.

Greetings to you all in this Christmas Season!

The latest developments that have happened in the time since the previous blog post have been too numerous to mention! However there are some definite highlights including some new people on Friends. These are Jazz Arts in Copenhagen and a fantastic artist as well as Pandemonia Panacea who is equaly brilliant as a London based Fine Artist.

On another front, there will be a press release issued to tell everyone round the world about this incredibly wonderful, not to be missed picture link website directory that is My World In Pictures. All you have to do is say that You saw it here first!

So sorry that this is a short entry for today but it's cold here and we know you wouldn't want us to literally freeze to death just yet! Have fun and Happy Christmas, HO! HO! HO!

Hello and thank you Everyone for looking round My World In Pictures. I hope that it is everything that you heard about it as being and more!

Since originally starting the website in November 2006, it has taken this long to develop the look and ideas that you see now and been done entirely by myself using what I know about CSS, HTML and Javascript etc from learning it before and during the process. This current version was finished and uploaded on Monday just gone.

For the meantime there are already several people taking advantage of the FREE Friends introductory offer across different fields. They include Oxford Circus Bill - (London Icon and streat theatre performing artist), Nicola Pozatti (Fashion Photographer), Susan Swindell (Model) and Silviya Dimitrova (Fashion Make-Up Artist & Hair Stylist).

At the moment I am busy thinking about the Press Release which is to be released onto the internet to tell the world about the website as soon as possible.
